7 inch Stainless Steel Chef Knife with Olive Wood handle

This beautiful chef knife is made from Sandvik 14c28n stainless steel heat treated and tempered to ~60HRC. The blade has been hand sanded to 1200 grit and polished to a near mirror finish.

Brass bolsters provide a perfectly balanced feel in the hand, while complementing the brass pins which connect the gorgeous Olive Wood handle scales and red G10 liners.
